1. Introduction & Our Privacy Promise

Welcome to ReplyMock! Your privacy is a top priority for us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (which is very little) and why.

ReplyMock is designed as a client-side tool. This means the core functionality of creating and generating mockups happens directly in your web browser, not on our servers. Our core promise is simple: We do not collect, save, view, or process the content you create in the mockup generator.

2. Data We DO NOT Collect

We want to be crystal clear about what we don't do. We DO NOT collect, store, or have access to:

• Conversation Content: The text, messages, names, or any content you type into the conversation builder. This data never leaves your browser.
• Uploaded Images or Avatars: If you use a feature to upload images, they are processed locally by your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers.
• Personal Information: Since there are no user accounts or login features, we do not collect any personal information like your name, email address, or password.
• Cookies: We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies. Our service is fully functional without them.

3. Data We May Collect (The Necessary Minimum)

To serve the website to you, some minimal, anonymous data is processed.

• Anonymous Web Server Logs: Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services / CloudFront) may automatically collect anonymous, non-personal information in its server logs. This can include your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the time of your visit. This data is used for network security, diagnostics, and calculating anonymous traffic statistics. We do not use this data to identify or track individual users.
• Voluntary Feedback: If you choose to provide feedback through our integrated form, we will collect the information you voluntarily submit. See Section 6 for more details on this process.
• (Optional) Privacy-Focused Analytics: In the future, to understand how our tool is being used and which features are popular, we may use a privacy-focused analytics service like Simple Analytics or Fathom. These services help us improve ReplyMock without tracking you across the web. If we implement this, we will only collect anonymous usage data, such as which buttons are clicked or which platforms are mocked up most often. We will never collect the content you create.

4. How We Use Information

Since we collect almost no information, our use of it is extremely limited. The anonymous data collected is used solely to:

• Operate, maintain, and secure our website.
• Analyze usage trends to improve the features and user experience of ReplyMock.
• Process and respond to voluntary feedback submitted by users.

5. Client-Side Processing

All the "magic" of ReplyMock happens locally on your computer. When you type text or upload an image, that data is processed by the JavaScript running in your browser to generate the live preview. It is not sent to our server. When you download your mockup as a PNG, that image is generated directly in your browser as well.

6. Third-Party Services

ReplyMock is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using CloudFront and S3. AWS acts as a data processor to serve the static website files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to your browser. You can view the AWS Privacy Policy for more information.

Voluntary Feedback (via Tally)

To help us improve our service, we provide an optional feedback widget powered by the third-party service, Tally (tally.so). Using this feedback form is entirely voluntary.

If you decide to submit feedback, the information you provide (such as your comments and your email address, if you choose to include it for a reply) will be collected and processed by Tally on our behalf. We use this information solely to understand user needs, address issues, and improve ReplyMock.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
